Randy Sacks HELPS YOU MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

As a third generation Cleveland, OH area real estate developer and property manager, Randy Sacks’ puts his 28 years of real estate experience and extensive knowledge of the Northeastern Ohio market to work for Cedar Tree Realty’s clients. As a Project Manager for his family’s real estate firm Harsax Management Co., Randy began building custom homes, apartments and office/warehouse buildings starting in 1989. Over the next 20 years Randy managed hundreds of apartment units, oversaw commercial and residential construction projects, supervised Harsax’s marketing, co-founded a property tax appeal business and served as a liaison to Harsax’s many commercial and residential tenants.

In 2010 Randy obtained his Ohio Real Estate Sales license and began taking on commercial leasing for several of Harsax’s office, warehouse and retail properties. After seven years and hundreds of leases successfully negotiated he obtained his Brokers license in 2017 and started Cedar Tree Realty with his brother Brian and David Cooper. Randy Sacks and Cedar Tree Realty are dedicated to providing clients with personalized service and the ability to have knowledge and control over the buying or selling process. Randy lives in Bainbridge with his wife Monique and their kids Elliot, Jordan and Fiona. He loves making music, being outdoors with his family and exploring Cleveland’s old neighborhoods and hidden haunts.
